Coaching is a self-directed process. What outcome would you like to see? We can set and clarify the goals as we start the relationship. I generally see people take away much more – insights, behavioural changes, happiness, and a sense of fulfilment – plenty of possibilities.

A weekly frequency can be good at the beginning if you are new to coaching, to keep the reflective muscle warm – that is, if your schedule allows that. After 4-5 sessions we might sail into a reduced interval to cater to your developmental pace. But it is good not to pause for longer than 2 months. But in principle, we can meet at whatever frequency works best for you.

Career Coaching

Tactics matter; interview strategies win. I support strategic interview preparation so you can show up convincingly with big-picture thinking and structure. I also act as a thought partner when you need to make a Financial Analysis, GTM plan, or any Strategy presentation as part of an interview process.
In negotiations, I helped many clients to win not only money but also hearts. I’m also a regular guest speaker at INSEAD negotiation courses.
