Once a highly regarded professional headhunter, Yolanda is also an experienced jobseeker, having changed paths seven times in her 20 years of corporate career. 

 

From a village child “prodigy” who entered university at the age of 15 on scholarship to a software engineer, a SaaS solution consultant, an executive recruiter, an MBA at INSEAD, and a regional VP/Director/Country Head in Alibaba, Mastercard, and Visa, Yolanda went through a winding journey to find herself.
